Article 14 GDPR Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice provides information on the processing of personal data by MACTRONIC GROUP sp. z o.o., in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), as well as applicable national and European laws.

4. Purposes, legal basis, and retention period
Personal data are processed for the purpose of establishing professional contact and providing general information about the Data Controller’s business activity, where such information may be relevant to the recipient in their professional capacity.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, namely the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, consisting of initiating professional contact and communicating information that may be relevant from the perspective of the recipient’s professional responsibilities or the activities of the organisation they represent. The Data Controller has conducted a balancing test and concluded that its legitimate interests do not override the data subject’s rights and freedoms.
The data will be processed until an objection is raised or until the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of the contact has elapsed.
5. Scope of the personal data processed
The personal data processed may include: first name, surname, position, business email address, telephone number, and other publicly available business contact details.
6. Source of the data
The personal data were obtained from publicly available sources, in particular from websites or online directories of the organisations or entities with which the Data Controller seeks to establish contact, where such data were made publicly available in connection with the data subject’s professional role or business activity.
7. Recipients of the data
The data may be disclosed to entities supporting the Data Controller in the provision of technical and IT services, solely on the basis of data processing agreements and without any right to use such data for their own purposes.
8. Provision of data
The provision of personal data by the data subject is not mandatory, as the data were obtained from publicly available sources rather than directly from the data subject. Without these data, it is not possible to fulfil the purpose of the contact.
9. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right of access to the data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
10. Transfers to third countries or international organisations
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
11. Automated decision-making
Your personal data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
