Key Features of Flagger Max Rescue

Long-range focused beam

Flagger Max Rescue is built for effective terrain scanning, long-distance observation, and night operations in open areas. With a beam distance of up to 960 meters, it supports confident use across wide operational zones.

Prefocus beam profile

The Prefocus beam combines powerful long-range intensity with useful peripheral illumination, helping maintain situational awareness while improving visibility across the surrounding area.

Flood LED panel with white and orange light

The side flood LED panel provides diffused white light for scene lighting and close-range tasks, as well as orange signaling light in steady and flashing modes for marking incident zones, improving visibility, and supporting rescue and evacuation operations.

Higher-capacity battery

Compared to the standard version, Flagger Max Rescue features a higher-capacity battery for greater energy reserve and improved field readiness.

Extended run time

Offering up to 58 hours of runtime, Flagger Max Rescue supports prolonged operations, emergency response, and mission-critical use.

Power bank function

The searchlight can also be used to charge external devices, providing practical backup power during field operations and in locations without immediate access to mains power.

USB-C Charging

USB-C charging provides a modern, universal charging solution that simplifies day-to-day use and operational logistics.

High-visibility orange housing with fluorescent elements

The Rescue version is designed for faster visual identification in low light and high-pressure situations. Its orange body and glow-in-the-dark details make the searchlight easier to locate when visibility is limited and response time matters.

Battery Level Indicator and Last Setting Memory

The Battery Level Indicator helps users monitor remaining power, while Last Setting Memory restores the previously selected setting for faster and more efficient operation.

Switch lock

The lockout function helps prevent accidental activation during transport and storage, reducing the risk of unintended battery drain.

Waterproof and impact-resistant construction

With IP66 ingress protection and 1 m impact resistance, Flagger Max Rescue is ready for use in rain, dust, and demanding operational environments.

Water-floating construction

The specially designed body stays afloat if dropped into water, adding reassurance during operations near rivers, lakes, flooded areas, or other water hazards.

Shoulder strap included

The included shoulder strap improves carrying comfort during patrols, rescue deployments, and movement across larger operational areas.

Optional magnetic mount

An optional magnetic mount allows the searchlight to be securely attached to metal surfaces, expanding its versatility around vehicles, steel structures, and technical infrastructure.

Why choose Flagger Max Rescue?

Flagger Max Rescue combines the performance of a long-range searchlight, the practicality of a scene light, and the visibility benefits of a signaling light in one professional platform. With extended runtime, power bank capability, a high-visibility Rescue design, and features tailored to real-world operations, it is built for teams that need dependable light, clear signaling, and operational readiness when it matters most.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

Safety Guidelines for Lighting Products

Safe Product Usage

  1. Use the product only as intended and follow the user manual instructions.
  2. Adhere to the recommended handling and maintenance guidelines to ensure proper operation.
  3. This product is not designed for use by children. Keep small components (e.g., batteries, accessories) out of their reach to prevent accidental ingestion or choking.

Operating and Storage Conditions

  1. Operate the product within a temperature range of -4°F to 104°F (-20°C to +40°C).
  2. Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight, moisture, strong vibrations, solvents, chemical fumes, or other aggressive substances.
  3. Please do not use the product in explosive atmospheres unless it has appropriate certifications, such as ATEX.
  4. Please exercise caution when charging and connecting the device to the electrical network.
  5. When installing the device in a vehicle, use insulated terminals and protect the installation with a fuse.
  6. Activate the product with a transport lock during storage or transport.

Safe Handling of the Product

  1. Do not cover the product while in operation, as this may cause overheating and increase the fire risk.
  2. If the product overheats, turn it off or reduce the brightness mode to allow it to cool down.
  3. Avoid wearing headbands, wrist straps, cords, or other product components around the neck.
  4. Do not use the product as a tool, except for flashlights designed with an emergency glass-breaking function.

LEDs

  1. Never look directly into the light beam. LEDs may emit radiation classified as RG-2 according to IEC 62471, which can be harmful to the eyes.
  2. Do not direct the light onto the face, skin, or other sensitive surfaces. LED radiation in the 400–780 nm range can damage the retina or cause irreversible changes.
  3. Strobe or flashing light modes may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.

Batteries and Accumulators

  1. Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, heat, or incinerate batteries/accumulators.
  2. Do not use batteries and accumulators simultaneously or mix batteries of different brands or new and old ones. Use only batteries and accumulators compatible with the device.
  3. Charge accumulators only with dedicated chargers, within temperatures of 32°F to 104°F (0°C to +40°C).
  4. Never charge disposable batteries.
  5. Keep batteries and accumulators out of reach of children. If a battery, especially a button cell, is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
  6. Regularly recharge accumulators if the product is unused for extended periods (at least once every 3 months).
  7. For prolonged storage, remove batteries/accumulators to prevent leakage.

Weapon-Mounted Lighting

  1. Ensure the firearm is unloaded and the action is open when installing, cleaning, or maintaining the flashlight.
  2. Activate the flashlight only with the non-trigger hand while holding the gun securely with both hands.
  3. Take precautions to prevent accidental discharges.

Area Lighting

  1. Always deploy stabilizing supports when raising the lighting mast above 3.3 feet (1 meter).
  2. Do not direct the light source onto flammable surfaces during operation to avoid heat accumulation and fire hazards.

Disposal

  1. Dispose of lighting products, batteries, and accumulators by local electronic waste regulations.
  2. The crossed-out trash bin symbol indicates the obligation for separate disposal to prevent environmental pollution and facilitate material recovery.
  3. For products containing heavy metals: mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), relevant chemical symbols are displayed below the bin symbol.
  4. You can return used devices and batteries free of charge at local collection points or stores with appropriate sales areas (per EU regulations).

Additional Precautions
