Key Features of the Mactronic Flagger Nano

Dual Light Sources

Flagger NANO is equipped with a COB LED panel and TOP LIGHT. The COB LED emits a broad, diffused beam, ideal for illuminating large areas, while the TOP LIGHT features two LEDs that produce a spot beam, perfect for precision tasks.

Versatile and Adaptable Lighting Modes

Flagger NANO offers nine lighting modes to suit any situation:

COB LED:

Emits a wide, diffused beam, perfect for illuminating larger areas. The COB modes (Boost, High, Medium, Low) allow precise brightness adjustments, from intense illumination to energy-saving light for extended use. The COB RED mode provides gentle red light, which is ideal for reading maps, working discreetly in the field, or protecting night vision. The COB RED FLASHING mode is a signal light, making it indispensable in emergencies like roadside assistance or rescue operations.

TOP LIGHT:

This mode features two LEDs for a focused beam, making it perfect for tasks requiring pinpoint accuracy, such as maintenance, repairs, or inspections in hard-to-reach areas. The TOP modes (High, Medium, Low) let users choose the appropriate intensity level.

  3. Please do not use the product in explosive atmospheres unless it has appropriate certifications, such as ATEX.
  4. Please exercise caution when charging and connecting the device to the electrical network.
  5. When installing the device in a vehicle, use insulated terminals and protect the installation with a fuse.
  6. Activate the product with a transport lock during storage or transport.

Safe Handling of the Product

  1. Do not cover the product while in operation, as this may cause overheating and increase the fire risk.
  2. If the product overheats, turn it off or reduce the brightness mode to allow it to cool down.
  3. Avoid wearing headbands, wrist straps, cords, or other product components around the neck.
  4. Do not use the product as a tool, except for flashlights designed with an emergency glass-breaking function.

LEDs

  1. Never look directly into the light beam. LEDs may emit radiation classified as RG-2 according to IEC 62471, which can be harmful to the eyes.
  2. Do not direct the light onto the face, skin, or other sensitive surfaces. LED radiation in the 400–780 nm range can damage the retina or cause irreversible changes.

Weapon-Mounted Lighting

  1. Ensure the firearm is unloaded and the action is open when installing, cleaning, or maintaining the flashlight.
  2. Activate the flashlight only with the non-trigger hand while holding the gun securely with both hands.
  3. Take precautions to prevent accidental discharges.

Area Lighting

  1. Always deploy stabilizing supports when raising the lighting mast above 3.3 feet (1 meter).
  2. Do not direct the light source onto flammable surfaces during operation to avoid heat accumulation and fire hazards.

Disposal

  1. Dispose of lighting products, batteries, and accumulators by local electronic waste regulations.
  2. The crossed-out trash bin symbol indicates the obligation for separate disposal to prevent environmental pollution and facilitate material recovery.
  3. For products containing heavy metals: mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), relevant chemical symbols are displayed below the bin symbol.
