Powered by power tool batteries

SOLO BEAM is compatible with the Mactronic B-PWL0081 Li-Ion 14.8 V 5200 mAh battery as well as 18–20 V batteries from Milwaukee®, DeWalt®, Bosch Professional, and Makita. Supplied adapters make it easy to integrate the light into the battery platforms already used across your business.

Color temperature adjustment in every lighting mode

The light allows color temperature adjustment in every lighting mode. Five settings are available: 2700 K / 3500 K / 4500 K / 5500 K / 6500 K. This makes it easy to tailor the light to the task, the working environment, and individual user preference.

Rear control panel

The rear-mounted control panel enables fast and intuitive adjustment of brightness and color temperature. Key settings remain easy to access during everyday use.

Up to 5000 lm light output and beam distance up to 85 m

SOLO BEAM delivers a maximum light output of 5000 lm and a beam distance of up to 85 m. It provides effective illumination for workstations, installation zones, technical support areas, and intervention sites.

Run time of more than 20 hours

Depending on the battery used and its capacity, SOLO BEAM can operate for more than 20 hours. The Mactronic Li-Ion 14.8 V 5200 mAh battery charges in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Adjustable stand and hanging hooks

The adjustable stand allows the light to be set at the required angle and positioned securely on the ground. Integrated hanging hooks provide added flexibility wherever conventional placement is not possible.

Optional magnetic mount

An optional magnetic mount is available as an accessory, enabling secure and convenient attachment to metal surfaces.

Built for demanding work environments

The IP65 rating provides protection against dust and water jets, while IK10 confirms high impact resistance. SOLO BEAM is built to perform reliably in demanding workshop, industrial, and field environments.

Compact form for easy transport

With dimensions of 280 × 280 × 148 mm, SOLO BEAM retains a compact form that is easy to transport and store. It weighs 1.98 kg without a battery and 2.63 kg with a battery and adapter.

Operating temperature range from -10°C to +40°C

SAFETY GUIDELINES

Safety Guidelines for Lighting Products

Safe Product Usage

  1. Use the product only as intended and follow the user manual instructions.
  2. Adhere to the recommended handling and maintenance guidelines to ensure proper operation.
  3. This product is not designed for use by children. Keep small components (e.g., batteries, accessories) out of their reach to prevent accidental ingestion or choking.

Operating and Storage Conditions

  1. Operate the product within a temperature range of -4°F to 104°F (-20°C to +40°C).
  2. Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight, moisture, strong vibrations, solvents, chemical fumes, or other aggressive substances.
  3. Please do not use the product in explosive atmospheres unless it has appropriate certifications, such as ATEX.
  4. Please exercise caution when charging and connecting the device to the electrical network.
  5. When installing the device in a vehicle, use insulated terminals and protect the installation with a fuse.
  6. Activate the product with a transport lock during storage or transport.

Safe Handling of the Product

  1. Do not cover the product while in operation, as this may cause overheating and increase the fire risk.
  2. If the product overheats, turn it off or reduce the brightness mode to allow it to cool down.
  3. Avoid wearing headbands, wrist straps, cords, or other product components around the neck.
  4. Do not use the product as a tool, except for flashlights designed with an emergency glass-breaking function.

LEDs

  1. Never look directly into the light beam. LEDs may emit radiation classified as RG-2 according to IEC 62471, which can be harmful to the eyes.
  2. Do not direct the light onto the face, skin, or other sensitive surfaces. LED radiation in the 400–780 nm range can damage the retina or cause irreversible changes.
  3. Strobe or flashing light modes may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.

Batteries and Accumulators

  1. Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, heat, or incinerate batteries/accumulators.
  2. Do not use batteries and accumulators simultaneously or mix batteries of different brands or new and old ones. Use only batteries and accumulators compatible with the device.
  3. Charge accumulators only with dedicated chargers, within temperatures of 32°F to 104°F (0°C to +40°C).
  4. Never charge disposable batteries.
  5. Keep batteries and accumulators out of reach of children. If a battery, especially a button cell, is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
  6. Regularly recharge accumulators if the product is unused for extended periods (at least once every 3 months).
  7. For prolonged storage, remove batteries/accumulators to prevent leakage.

Weapon-Mounted Lighting

  1. Ensure the firearm is unloaded and the action is open when installing, cleaning, or maintaining the flashlight.
  2. Activate the flashlight only with the non-trigger hand while holding the gun securely with both hands.
  3. Take precautions to prevent accidental discharges.

Area Lighting

  1. Always deploy stabilizing supports when raising the lighting mast above 3.3 feet (1 meter).
  2. Do not direct the light source onto flammable surfaces during operation to avoid heat accumulation and fire hazards.

Disposal

  1. Dispose of lighting products, batteries, and accumulators by local electronic waste regulations.
  2. The crossed-out trash bin symbol indicates the obligation for separate disposal to prevent environmental pollution and facilitate material recovery.
  3. For products containing heavy metals: mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), relevant chemical symbols are displayed below the bin symbol.
  4. You can return used devices and batteries free of charge at local collection points or stores with appropriate sales areas (per EU regulations).

Additional Precautions

  1. Products containing permanent magnets may pose risks to individuals with pacemakers. Always maintain a safe distance from such components.
