§1 General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules and conditions for using the website available at https://mactronic.pl/, operated by MACTRONIC GROUP Sp. z o.o., entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000976373, NIP: 897-001-32-66, REGON: 931589124, with its principal place of busThe Service Provider can be contacted using the following methods:iness at ul.   3. Access to the website is free of charge. Users are only responsible for any data transmission fees their internet service provider charges.
  4. These Terms are available free of charge on the website under the “Terms” tab, in a format allowing users to download, save, and reproduce them via their IT system.
  5. Definitions used in these Terms:
    1. Website – the website available at https://mactronic.pl/
    2. Service Provider – MACTRONIC GROUP Sp. z o.o., as defined above.
    3. User – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit granted legal capacity under applicable law who uses electronic services.
  6. In matters not covered by these Terms, applicable Polish law shall apply, including the Act of July 18, 2002, on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1513), the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2024, items 1061 and 1237), and other relevant laws.

§2 Technical Requirements

  1. To use the website, the following technical conditions must be met:

§5 Newsletter Service

  1. The Newsletter contains promotional content and is sent no more than once per week.
  2. Users may subscribe via the “Newsletter” tab by entering their email, selecting a category, agreeing to the Privacy Policy, and clicking “Subscribe.”
  3. Each email includes sender details, promotional content, and an unsubscribe link.
  4. Users can update their email address by contacting bok@mactronic.pl.
  5. Users can unsubscribe anytime, at no cost, by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing bok@mactronic.pl.

§6 Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the website can be submitted via email to bok@mactronic.pl or in writing to MACTRONIC GROUP Sp. z o.o., ul. Stargardzka 4, 54-156 Wrocław, Poland.
  2. The complaint should include the user’s name, mailing address, email, a description of the issue, and the preferred response method.
  3. The Service Provider will respond within 14 days using the selected communication method.

§7 Personal Data Protection

  1. The data controller is MACTRONIC GROUP Sp. z o.o., as described in §1.

  3. The Controller applies IT systems and procedures that comply with GDPR and protect against unauthorized access.

§8 Final Provisions

  1. All content and intellectual property on the website (including graphics, designs, and trademarks) belong to the Service Provider or authorized third parties and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
  2. The Service Provider takes all reasonable steps to ensure proper website operation. However, external factors (e.g., DDoS attacks) may cause errors or disruptions. The Service Provider will act to minimize the effects of such events.
  3. Users will be informed of any errors or outages, including estimated resolution times.
  4. Planned technical maintenance may also occur; users will be notified in advance.
  5. These Terms take effect on April 22, 2025.
