Key Features of the Mactronic Flagger Max

Light output and beam distance

1800 lumens light output, 900 meters of beam distance. Perfect for illuminating large areas during rescue operations, patrolling, and technical inspections.

Prefocus Light Beam

An intense, focused, long-range beam surrounded by a flood beam for enhanced field visibility.

COB LED Panel

White Floodlight: Two intensity levels (White Flood High and White Flood Medium) provide bright, even illumination for work areas, aiding in precise tasks under low visibility conditions. Orange Signal Light: Steady and flashing modes (ORANGE FLOOD HIGH; ORANGE FLOOD FLASHING) are ideal for signaling rescue sites, marking work zones, and warning drivers of roadworks.

Battery with Powerbank Functionality

Charge other devices via USB port. The 5200 mAh battery capacity ensures extended operational time.

Waterproof and Floatable

Floats on water, with an IP66 rating for dust and water protection, ensuring reliability in harsh conditions.

Impact resistance to drops - 1-Meter

It is engineered to withstand accidental drops, ensuring durability and reliability in harsh environments.

Switch Lock

It prevents accidental activation, making it particularly useful during transport and storage, ensuring readiness when needed.

Intuitive Battery Level Indicator

Monitors battery status to prevent unexpected power loss.

USB-C Charging Port

Fast and versatile charging in various environments.

Shoulder Strap

Enhances mobility and comfort, especially during prolonged field operations.

Magnetic Mount (available separately)

A dual-ball magnetic mount with neodymium magnets allows for stable attachment to metal surfaces, providing hands-free operation.

Unique Reflector Design for Enhanced Visibility

The Flagger Max features a uniquely textured reflector, giving it several advantages over other searchlights with smooth reflectors. These include reduced glare, improved beam quality, efficient heat dissipation, minimized optical artifacts, and balanced range and diffusion.

Why Choose the Flagger Max Searchlight?

The Flagger Max is a versatile and reliable searchlight with a compact design and long-range capabilities. Its advanced features make it ideal for any task—from large-area searches to workplace illumination and warning signals. The specially designed reflector enhances visibility, dissipates heat more effectively, and stabilizes the light beam. With its impact resistance, waterproof design, and ability to float, the Flagger Max is ready for action in extreme conditions.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

Safety Guidelines for Lighting Products

Safe Product Usage

  1. Use the product only as intended and follow the user manual instructions.
  2. Adhere to the recommended handling and maintenance guidelines to ensure proper operation.
  3. This product is not designed for use by children. Keep small components (e.g., batteries, accessories) out of their reach to prevent accidental ingestion or choking.

Operating and Storage Conditions

  1. Operate the product within a temperature range of -4°F to 104°F (-20°C to +40°C).
  2. Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight, moisture, strong vibrations, solvents, chemical fumes, or other aggressive substances.
  3. Please do not use the product in explosive atmospheres unless it has appropriate certifications, such as ATEX.
  4. Please exercise caution when charging and connecting the device to the electrical network.
  5. When installing the device in a vehicle, use insulated terminals and protect the installation with a fuse.
  6. Activate the product with a transport lock during storage or transport.

Safe Handling of the Product

  1. Do not cover the product while in operation, as this may cause overheating and increase the fire risk.
  2. If the product overheats, turn it off or reduce the brightness mode to allow it to cool down.
  3. Avoid wearing headbands, wrist straps, cords, or other product components around the neck.
  4. Do not use the product as a tool, except for flashlights designed with an emergency glass-breaking function.

LEDs

  1. Never look directly into the light beam. LEDs may emit radiation classified as RG-2 according to IEC 62471, which can be harmful to the eyes.
  2. Do not direct the light onto the face, skin, or other sensitive surfaces. LED radiation in the 400–780 nm range can damage the retina or cause irreversible changes.
  3. Strobe or flashing light modes may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.

Batteries and Accumulators

  1. Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, heat, or incinerate batteries/accumulators.
  2. Do not use batteries and accumulators simultaneously or mix batteries of different brands or new and old ones. Use only batteries and accumulators compatible with the device.
  3. Charge accumulators only with dedicated chargers, within temperatures of 32°F to 104°F (0°C to +40°C).
  4. Never charge disposable batteries.
  5. Keep batteries and accumulators out of reach of children. If a battery, especially a button cell, is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
  6. Regularly recharge accumulators if the product is unused for extended periods (at least once every 3 months).
  7. For prolonged storage, remove batteries/accumulators to prevent leakage.

Weapon-Mounted Lighting

  1. Ensure the firearm is unloaded and the action is open when installing, cleaning, or maintaining the flashlight.
  2. Activate the flashlight only with the non-trigger hand while holding the gun securely with both hands.
  3. Take precautions to prevent accidental discharges.

Area Lighting

  1. Always deploy stabilizing supports when raising the lighting mast above 3.3 feet (1 meter).
  2. Do not direct the light source onto flammable surfaces during operation to avoid heat accumulation and fire hazards.

Disposal

  1. Dispose of lighting products, batteries, and accumulators by local electronic waste regulations.
  2. The crossed-out trash bin symbol indicates the obligation for separate disposal to prevent environmental pollution and facilitate material recovery.
  3. For products containing heavy metals: mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), relevant chemical symbols are displayed below the bin symbol.
  4. You can return used devices and batteries free of charge at local collection points or stores with appropriate sales areas (per EU regulations).

Additional Precautions

  1. Products containing permanent magnets may pose risks to individuals with pacemakers. Always maintain a safe distance from such components.
